Chennai, Karna Prayag Trust provides shelter for the destitute and abandoned children who are seen in public places. Such children are given medical services, optimal nutrition and care. There is an opportunity to adopt babies from the trust. Counseling is done before adoption. Adoption awareness programs are conducted. The trust also offers services for the betterment of women, aged persons and needy children.
