Karanakodam Temple is located at
Gosripuram in
Kochi,
Ernakulam District,
Kerala. The temple houses one of the oldest idols of Narayana Devar and Lord Venkatachalapathy, forms of
Lord Vishnu. These idols where brought from
Goa by the
Gowda Saraswat Brahmin community. Two festivals are celebrated annually in the months of May and December. The temple is now managed by the Cochin Tirumala Devaswom.
