Kanichukulangara is a small village in
Alappuzha District of
Kerala and is about 13 km north of
Alappuzha.
The place is famous for the Kanichukulangara Bhagavati temple. The main attraction of the place is the 21-day colorful festival of the Bhagavati temple. St Andrew’s Church of Arthunkal and a mosque at Kalavoor are the nearby attractions.
To reach Kanichukulangara, there are frequent bus services available from Alappuzha as well as from Cherthala. The nearest railhead is Alappuzha Railway Station.
