Kandrour Bridge




Opened in 1965, Kandrour is a beautiful bridge built across the Sutlej River. It is one of the highest bridges in the world. The span of the bridge is about 280 m with a breadth of 7 m and the height above the lowest river bed below is about 80 m.

Kandrour Bridge provides a link between Bilaspur District and Hamirpur District. It is at a distance of 8 km from Bilaspur on the National Highway 88.
