Kanchipuram Idli




Kanchipuram Idli is the regional specialty of Kanchipuram, the land of 1,000 temples. Kanchipuram Idli is a kind of idli (a small and spherical cake made with rice and lentil patties) garnished with peas, carrots, cashews, coriander and black mustard seeds. It is usually eaten along with ground coconut chutney and sambar.
