Kanari Khal Pass (4,420 m) lies in
Chamoli District of
Uttaranchal. The pass is an ideal base for trekking and the trek route to Garpak Village passes through the pass.
The pass offers breathtaking views of the snow-clad peaks of Dronagiri, Changabang, Kalanka, Rishi Pahar, Hardoli and Trishuli. Bhagini, Changabangh and Trishul glaciers, which constitute the entire watershed of the Northern Nanda Devi Biosphere, lies below the pass.
