Kamla Retreat is a privately owned park which lies to the west of the Agricultural College near Allen Forest in
Kanpur. There is a swimming tank with equipment for producing artificial waves and suitable arrangement for lighting. Besides parks and a canal with facilities for boating, the retreat also has a mini-zoo, and a museum which has interesting historical and archaeological artifacts.
Visitors are allowed only with prior permission.
