Kambe is located in North Sikkim District of Sikkim. It is around 74 km north of Mangan.

The entire region is surrounded by snow-capped peaks and deep gorges. Teesta River flows nearby.

Nearest airport and railway station are Civil Enclave Bagdogra and Darjeeling Railway Station.
