Kala Gram was set up by Chandigarh Administration and North Zone Cultural Centre (NZCC), in
Chandigarh. Its main aim is the preservation and propagation of traditional arts and crafts of the region. Kala Gram also helps the artisans and craftsmen by providing financial support.
