Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute was founded by Swami Kuvalayananda on the Vijayadashami Day in 1924 at
Lonavala in
Pune District of
Maharashtra.
The institute aims at reorganizing the society on spiritual values, through the revival of ancient yogic discipline. It offers yoga classes and workshops, and yogic therapy for different ailments. The yoga classes are arranged in the morning and evening.
At present, it has many branches in India and two branches abroad, at USA and France. With its long years of experience, the institute exists as a landmark of Pune District in the field of Yoga and Indian culture.
Lonavala Railway Station helps in its easy accessibility. By road, the town is connected to Pune and Mumbai. Nearest airport is Pune Lohegaon Airport (64 km from Lonavala).
