Kadmat Beach is on the
Kadmat Island in
Lakshadweep. It is 8 km long and 550 m wide at the broadest point. The beach faces the beautiful shallow lagoon on the west and narrow lagoon on the east. The western side lagoon is very large and abounds with coral.
The deep and endless shore line is perfect for swimming. There are sandbanks on the southern tip for sunbathe. Tourist huts are aesthetically situated among the coconut palm groves in the beach. Kayaks, sailing boats, pedal boats, skiing boats and glass-bottomed boats are available on hire.
