Located in
Udupi District, Kadiyali is a small village 2 miles west of
Udupi. The village derives its name from the word Kadehalli which means border village. Mahishamardini Temple of Kadiyali is one of the oldest temples in the district and has a history of more than 1200 years.
Udupi Railway Station and
Kadiyali Bus Station serve Kadiyali.
