Jog

Jog is beautiful hamlet in Shimoga District of Karnataka. It is around 30 km north-west of Sagar. The village is famous for Jog Waterfalls.

July to August is the best time to visit here. The village is easily accessible from Talguppa (16 km) and Siddapura (21 km). Talguppa Railway Station is the nearest railway station. The nearest airport is at Mangalore.
