Jod Gumbad is situated off the Bagalkot Road, towards the south-west of
Bijapur. It is a twin tomb of the general and the spiritual adviser of the
Adil Shahi dynasty. The tomb has beautiful bulbous domes. The garden, in which these tombs are situated, is a famous picnic spot.
