Jhabal Kalan village is situated about 15 km from Tarn Taran,
Amritsar District. Gurdwara Manak Chowk is located here.
Guru Hargobind had halted here because of the attack from the Mughal army. Jhabal Kalan is also famous as the birth place of numerous martyrs of the battle of Muktsar. There are two ancient basements nearby. Gurdwara Mai Bhag Kaur Ji and Gurdwara Bibi Veero are other attractions.
