Jalamb Junction Railway Station is on the Jalgaon-Akola rail route of the Central Railways. The train connections include Howrah-Mumbai Mail, Ahmedabad-Howrah Express, Sewagram Express, Nagpur-Bhusaval Passenger and Bhusawal-Wardha Passenger.
The station is located about 10 km from Khambaon Industrial Area. A branch line from Jalamb links it with Khamgaon. Traveling south, Khamgaon Railway Station is the nearest main station. Going east, Akola Junction Railway Station is the nearest major station.
