Jagdish Chowk is a busy market area in
Udaipur. It extends from Jagdish Temple to the Badi Pol of
city palace. This bustling narrow street is also known as Jagdish Bazaar, City Palace Bazaar and Tourist Bazaar. The old municipal library and a couple of small temples are located in this market area. It is filled with dozens of small and colorful shops. Products on sale range from Indian clothing, antiques, local crafts, ornaments and paintings by local artists.
