Jagadguru Rambhadracharya Handicapped University, the first university of the kind in the world, is located at

Uttar Pradesh.
A State University, it provides free education, boarding and lodging and industrial training to disabled persons including visually blind, physically disabled, mentally challenged and deaf and dumb. Undergraduate and postgraduate programs are offered. Besides, seminar, symposium and workshop are organized.
