Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition (IHMCTAN), also known as Dadar Catering College, is situated in

Mumbai. Started in 1954 by All India Women’s Central Food Council, the college is affiliated to the National Council for the Hotel Management and Catering Technology,
New Delhi.
The college conducts diploma program in Hotel Management and Catering Technology. Hospitality Management-Applied Training Centre within the campus imparts catering education. Successful students are provided placement opportunities in leading hotels, restaurants and catering companies.
