Indigo Restaurant is an up market addition to the already bustling restaurant scene in
Mumbai. It is located on the Mandlik Road in
Colaba.
The Indo-European fusion menu features Western, Continental, French, and Italian cuisines along with various Indian delicacies. Its lobster bisque with crispy okra and the wonderful potato-crusted rawa (salmon) with mango curry has a lot of patrons. Western classics like duck confit, vegetable ravioli and the coriander-crusted tuna steak are worth a try. Sunday Brunch is available.
