Established in November 1961 by the Government of India, Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIMC) is the first national institute for post-graduate studies and research in management. Situated in a 135 acre campus, the institute has administrative and faculty office blocks, fully equipped classrooms, seminar and conference rooms, management center for human values, library, an executive training complex, and residential quarters for students, faculty and staff members. A 750-seat state-of-the-art auditorium is also available.
Courses include Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Aided Management (PGDCM), Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) and Fellow Program in Management (FPM).
