Idiappam




An ethnic south Indian dish, Idiappam is a cooked rice product prepared by mixing pounded rice flour with boiled water, salt and ground coconut. It is also called Noolputtu (steamed rice noodle) in Kerala. This typical Keralite breakfast dish is usually served with vegetable stew.
