Idaikkal

Idaikkal is a small town in Tirunelveli District of Tamil Nadu and is around 55 km north-west of Tirunelveli. It is on the National Highway 208 between Elathur and Puliyangudi.

Sengottai, Kuttalam and Sankarankovil are ideal destinations to visit. The sacred spot of Papanasam is accessible from here.

Tenkasi Junction Railway Station is a major railhead nearby. Tuticorin Airport and Trivandrum International Airport serve Idaikkal.
