Hurdeea




Hurdeea is a small village in Ballia District, which is located in the extreme eastern part of Uttar Pradesh state bordering Bihar. It lies between Sikandarpur and Khajuri.

Bhrigu Mandir is a major religious spot that can be visited from here. Dadri Mela, a two-week long fair starting from Kartik Poornima in the months of October-November, is one of the largest cattle fairs in the world.

Hurdeea is 11 km west of Maniar. Ballia Railway Station is the major railway station.
