Hundung

Hundung is a picturesque village in Ukhrul District. It is blessed with scenic beauty and rich natural resources. The place has rich limestone deposit of light grey to brown color. Hundung is one of the centers of pottery- making in Manipur. Ancient caves are also found here. Luira and Darreo are the two main festivals celebrated by the villagers of Hundung.

Hundung is close to Khangkhui Cave, which is about 11 km from Ukhrul.
