The holy relic shrine is located at the famous pilgrimage center of
Tirupati in
Andhra Pradesh. The consecration of the shrine was conducted by
Sri Aurobindo, the renowned poet, philosopher, patriot, and savant. Here the relics are interred under a gulmohar tree. The place is believed to be ideal for meditation. A statue of Sri Aurobindo, dating back to 1940, is also preserved here. < P>
