Himalayan Aviary (also known as the Himalayan Bird Park) is situated close to the
Viceregal lodge in
Shimla. It has a good collection of birds of Himachal such as Himalayan monal, pheasants, and pea-fowls. The male pea-fowl is the national bird of India, the peacock. The park is open to visitors from 10:00 to 17:00 from Tuesday to Saturday.
