Heng Naga Toona is one of the famous tribal dance forms of
Manipur. Both boys and girls participate in this dance. The participants arrange themselves in two parallel rows and clap hands opposing each other. After that, they start swinging up and down their hands with a rhythmic music, which accompanies the dance. The dancers also move with taking steps side to side alternately. In the last part of performance, two or four girls dance in the centre.
