Harriet Benson Memorial Hospital was founded in the early years of the 20th century by a Christian missionary named Elizabeth Bacon. It is now under the Emmanuel Hospital Association,
New Delhi. The hospital offers health care services including mother and childcare services, eye care services, TB and communicable diseases, accident emergency and ICU services and organizes community development programs. Spiritual ministries are also conducted. The hospital provides service regardless of race, caste, creed or religion.
