Gurdwara Reru Sahib is located near
Sahnewal in
Ludhiana District of
Punjab. It is a highly revered Sikh shrine, which has been constructed to preserve the precious memories of the visit of
Guru Gobind Singh.
It is said that the name of the gurdwara is derived from a tree, from which guru used a stick to clean his teeth. Then he took rest for the whole day under the shade of this tree. This huge holy tree exists here with green leaves and a wall is used to support its unbearable weight.
The nearest railway station is at Sahnewal.
