Gurdwara Guru Nanak Detain Sahib is a famous Gurdwara associated with Guru Nanak, the first Sikh Guru. It is believed that the Guru stayed here during his journey to
Puri. This Gurdwara, located on the banks of
Mahanadi River, is easily accessible from
Cuttack. There is a shrine built in the memory of Guru Nanak and is served by Udasi priests. The Gurdwara is popularly known as Gurdwara Datan Sahib and some local people call it Kaliaboda Gurdwara.
