Gurdwara Dudh Wala Khuh Sahib
Gurdwara Dudh Wala Khuh Sahib is a major Gurdwara in Udham Singh Nagar District. Located at Nanak Matta, this Gurdwara is associated with Guru Nanak, first Sikh Guru. The Guru blessed the place with his presence in AD 1514. According to a local legend, the yogis of this region possessed several cows. When Bhai Mardana, a follower and friend of Guru Nanak, asked for some milk, the Guru advised him to ask the yogis. The yogis refused Mardana and insulted him. It is believed that Guru Nanak drew all the milk by virtue of his spiritual powers and stored in a well. Since then, the well is known as Dudh Wala Khuh (well of milk). Apart from this legendary well, this Gurdwara has a small marble structure that attracts large number of devotees. Gurdwara Nanakmata Sahib is the nearby attraction. The nearest airport is located at Pant Nagar.
