Gurdwara Chatti Patshahi Bangla Sahib is a holy place situated in
Rajouri District of
Jammu and Kashmir. This four storey gurdwara features 15 rooms and a pathshalla, which contains 8 rooms. Attached to this is a school named Shri Hargobind Sahib Ji Institute of Education.
This is a shrine of Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji, the 6th guru of Sikhs. He is believed to have been stayed this place for some time in 1616, when he was on the way to Kashmir along with Emperor Jahangir.
Apart from Sikhs, even Hindu devotees visit this gurdwara and pay their respect. The main congregation is organized on Sunday. The birthday of the Guru is celebrated with great interest jointly by Sikhs and Hindus every year.
