Gumani River




Gumani rises from the southern part of the Rajmahal hills in Sahibganj District. It flows towards north-east and merges with the river Mural at Berhait valley. The joint stream runs in the south-eastern direction and joins with the Ganges near the district boundary. Gumani Barrage is constructed across the river at Berhait.
