Gularia Ghat is one of the numerous ghats lining the holy
Ganges River in
Varanasi. This ghat derived its name from a huge tree called ‘gular,’ which once stood here. Concrete stairs and platforms were built by a person named Laloo Ji Agrawal.
Gularia Ghat used to be used by the pilgrims for taking dip in the holy waters. Today, debris of old houses are found here.
