Government Museum is situated at Basavakalyan, in
Bidar District,
Karnataka. The museum exhibits a rich collection of archaeological objects and sculptures. Film shows are conducted on Saturdays at 18:00 hrs. The museum has a well equipped library which caters to the studious lot.
Government Museum is open on all days except Mondays and public holidays.
