Government Geetanjali Girls' College

Government Geetanjali Girls' College was built in 1986. It is the only girls' technical college in the state. A training and placement cell is also active in this college. The aim of the college is to provide employment-oriented education. It enables girls to shape a bright future for themselves. The college also provides job-oriented courses. The college offers education in Arts, Science and Commerce. It also conducts a number of self financing courses such as Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics (B.Sc), Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) and Bachelor of Science in Electronics (B Sc Electronics). The college also provides hostel facilities. Sports and library facilities are also available.
