Government Ayurvedic College at Paprola is recognised by the Central Council of Indian Medicine,
Delhi, and is affiliated to
Himachal Pradesh University,
Shimla. The college conducts BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) and MD courses. The duration of BAMS is 5 ½ years and the minimum qualification for it is under graduation with a minimum of 50% marks.
