Gond ke Ladoo is a dessert from
Rajasthan. This dish is normally prepared for the nursing mother to help with lactation and nutrients for the child. Main ingredients are almonds, watermelon seeds, whole wheat flour, poppy seeds, raisins, kasoori patta (dried fenugreek leaf), sugar, gond, ghee, finely chopped gingelly, and cantaloupe seeds. There is a lot of frying in ghee as well as dry roasting involved in this dish.
