Goluwali, also spelt Goluwala, is in Hanumangarh District of Rajasthan. Lakhasar is the nearest town, 11 km to the west. The other nearby towns include Paka Sarnoka, 11 km to the east and Morjhanda, 15 km to the north. Twenty-two kilometers to the north-west is Ganeshgarh.
Pilibangan, a taluk headquarters, is 21 km to the south. The district headquarters, Hanumangarh, lies to the east of Goluwali.
