Goddess Uchchangtamma Temple




Goddess Uchchangtamma Temple is the largest shrine located in Chitradurga, Karnataka.

This beautiful temple is dedicated to the patron goddess of the Paleyagars, Goddess Uchchangtamma. This two storeyed building has a unique swing arch and a tall lamp-pillar.

Chitradurga is on the Pune-Bangalore highway, about 200 km from Bangalore.
