Ghogar is a beautiful picnic spot situated about 27 km from
Rourkela, in
Orissa. It is famous for a five kilometer long gorge on the River Ib. The place is also noted for a naturally formed
Shivling of black granite, worshipped by the local people. Thousands of tourists visit the place every year.
