Gharipur

A small town in Bhojpur District, Gharipur is located 15 km north of Arrah. Chhapra, the headquarters of Saran District, is around 10 km north. The town lies on the banks of the Ganges.

Aranya Devi Temple and Sahasra Kuta Chaitalya are the major religious interests in the region. Patna is around 61 km east.
