Ghal Kalan is a small village situated about 10 km west of
Moga.
Guru Hargobind, the last Sikh Guru, has made this village a sacred place by his blessed visit.
Main attraction is a beautiful gurdwara known as Gurdwara Patshahl Chhevtri. This shrine, located in the south-western part of Ghal Kalan, has a brick paved compound and a square hall where the Holy Guru Granth Sahib is kept. Another attraction is a metallic flag made in 1973. An old well is another attraction.
Regular bus services are available from Moga Bus Station. The nearest railway station is Moga Railway Station.
