Gaurav Center for Visual Arts is located in
Hyderabad. It was established in the 1980's by the well-known muralist and painter Ramakrishna, architect Murali and certain other veteran artistes, photographers and designers.
The aim of Gaurav Centre for Visual Arts is to bridge the gap between art and the public by taking art to larger audiences by conducting workshops, camps and seminars on visual arts.
The center has introduced terracotta as a medium for art and craft. It offers comprehensive training in printmaking, painting and photography. People of all age are given training and these programs are funded through donations from members.
