Gannavaram

Gannavaram, on the banks of the Krishna River, is a small village in Krishna District of Andhra Pradesh. Gannavaram lies on National Highway 9 and is 20 km north-east of Vijayawada. An ashram established by late Ekambareshwara Rao forms the prime attraction.

Gannavaram Railway Station is on the Vijayawada – Nuzvid rail route. Vijayawada Airport, connecting Vijayawada to Hyderabad, is located at Gannavaram. By road, Gannavaram can be approached from Vijayawada Bus Station.
