Gangem

Gangem lies at the eastern end of Ponda taluk, near Sattari, in North Goa District. The nearest town is Pale, about 3 km north and Melauli is roughly 5 km away.

The Khandepar River flows close by. Shree Nagesh Maharoudra Temple, Shantadurga temple, Safa Shahouri Masjid and Bondla Wildlife Sanctuary are accessible from here.

By road, Gangem can be approached from Ponda, Mollem and Sanguem. Goa Airport is the nearest airport and Kalem Railway Station and Colem Railway Station are the closest railheads.
