Gangashahar

Gangashahar is a town situated to the south of the district headquarters, Bikaner. It is on the road which runs from Bikaner to Nagaur. Udramsar is another town situated in the southern direction. The major tourist attractions are Junagarh Fort, Bikaner Fort Museum, Anup Mahal and Bhandeshwar and Sandeshwar Temples. The town of Deshnok, famous for a beautiful white marble temple dedicated to Deshnok Devi, is easily accessible from here. Bikaner Junction Railway Station is the nearest railhead. Jodhpur Airport serves Gangashahar.
