Ganga Lake, also known as Gekar Sinyi, is a fresh-water lake, situated about 6 km from
Itanagar.
It lies about 11 km south-east of the Dariganga village, amidst dense forests in the foothills of the Himalayas. The lake covers about 4 sq km and shelters a number of birds. This is a beautiful spot for outings, boating and picnics.
