Gandhi Hill is a small hillock in
Thiruvalla, on the east side of the Church Ward Mission Hospital (Saivinte Ashpathri), in
Pathanamthitta District. It is the place where
Mahatma Gandhi, on one of his visits to
Kerala, addressed the people of Thiruvalla.
Thiruvalla Railway Station is situated adjacent to this hill. Sree Vallabha Temple is a major attraction. In remembrance and admiration to Mahatma Gandhi, some families living on the hill have abandoned their own family names and replaced it with 'The Gandhi Hill House.'
